OPTION # 1: BARTLETT HIGH SCHOOL ONLINE COURSE RECOVERY
BHS Course Recovery is for students who made at least a 50% in the class. Course Recovery is a computer based program that makes it possible for the student to recover up to 1 credit in a core course they did not pass during a regular seated class. Core classes include English, Math, Science and History.
Dates:
1ST SESSION JUNE 8-26 [ ]12 PM – 2 PM
2ND SESSION JUNE 29-JULY 17 [ ]12 PM – 2 PM
Cost: $50 per semester credit (.5) or $100 per year-long credit (1.0)
How to Register: Online Registration is now open - go to https://www.locallevelevents.com/events/details/9909 . Parents MUST set up an account in order to log-in and register/pay for BARTLETT HIGH SCHOOL – SUMMER SCHOOL 2020 COURSE RECOVERY. If you have previously paid for student laptop insurance online, then you already have an account set up. Deadline to register and pay for course(s) is Friday, June 5 at [ ]7:30am.
What class(es) will I take: If you only failed 1 course (semester or year-long), then you will repeat this course. However, if you failed multiple courses, you will be assigned up to 1 credit in the following order: English, Math, Science, History.
OPTION # 2: VILLAGE VIRTUAL ONLINE
We partner with an online school called Village Virtual for students who do not qualify for BHS’ Course Recovery program or who need a course not offered, such as foreign language. Detailed information including dates and cost may be found on their WEBSITE .
