How to Request a Letter of Recommendation
Mrs. Radford writes all letters of recommendation, including the Common Application, if one is needed from a school counselor. Ten (10) school days' notice (not including holidays and weekends), a copy of the student's resume, and a completed copy of the Recommendation Request Form is required to complete the recommendation request. To protect the integrity of the recommendation, the letter will be sent directly to the school or agency requesting it, not given to the student/parent. How to Request a Transcript
*Former students and graduates can see Mrs. Dawidow in the Guidance office during school hours to request a transcript. Requests can also be made by mailing the request to:

How to Take a College Visit Day
Seniors are allowed three (3) college visit days which are excused, provided the student follows these steps:
1. Students can email Mrs. Radford at [email protected] 2-3 days before the visit for a College Visit Day form. The form must be filled out, signed by the student and a parent, and emailed back to Mrs. Radford prior to taking the college visit day.
2. The day the student returns to school, he/she must email dated proof (ex: letter from admissions office) of the college visit to Mrs. Radford. Mrs. Radford will contact the attendance office for the absence to be changed to excused in PowerSchool.
*Seniors must have a 60 average in all classes to be given permission to take a college visit day.
Recruiters Visiting Bartlett
Recruiters may visit BHS once a month in the guidance office from 10:25am-12:15pm. Announcements will be made regarding visits and students may come by during lunch or 5th period with their teacher's permission and a hall pass.
