About Me

I was born in Hawaii and I have moved over 13 times (I stopped counting after that). I am a graduate from the University of Tennessee where I had a great five years of Resident Assisting, organizing events, and having a good orange time. Hiking and playing Ultimate are some of my favorite activities.

I teach AP Human Geography and US History/Geography. I also help coach wrestling here at Bartlett. I believe that in order to show you have learned something, you have to back up what you say with action. Evidence is everything. I also believe that the benefits of developing discipline and mental toughness from athletics can contribute to the overall success of students.

Random Facts:

-I have completed three food challenges (The Challenger from the Roaming Gnome, “The Beast” from Snappy Tomato, and the "Heart Attack" from Dr.Getwell's)
