Course Description

(6th pd - SEMESTER 1) (3rd pd - SEMESTER 2)

Students in this course will understand human anatomy and physiological systems, nutrition requirements, as well as social, cultural, and other impacts on food preparation and integrity. Students will cover all nutrients required for the human body and participate in cooking labs. (1/2 credit) (1/2 semester)
