Theatre Production Workshop (Honors) (Period 5)

Course Description

 This course will study the real practices of performance, managerial, and technical theatre. Students will create and produce theatrical events and will comprise the entirety of the production team. Topics include fundamental practices, principles, and techniques associated with producing plays of various periods and styles. Production work may consist of the following: acting, carpentry, costumes, makeup, painting, lighting, sound, props, and stage management. Students will be required to participate in all Panther Playhouse mainstage productions in some capacity.
