2.  Finish reading “The Cold Equations” using the text and guided notes posted on Curve 

     under Short Stories.  Complete guided notes and highlighting on the left side of the

     reading.  Submitted on Curve by Friday, Jan. 15, by 3:00 PM

3.  Writing assignment to follow the conclusion of “The Cold Equations.”  Posted on Curve 

      Thurs., Jan. 14, due Friday, Jan. 15, submitted on Turnitin.com by Fri., Jan. 15, 5:00 PM

Upcoming Test Date (Tentatively):    

   Voc. 14 and 15 quiz Wednesday, Jan. 20. 

Announcements/Reminders:

1. Virtual students Zoom every Tuesday & Friday.  Zoom Links are posted in Curve.
2. Students need to complete attendance in Curve daily.
3. Virtual students and Hybrid students not physically in class have the option to Zoom daily in order to reinforce the reading and understanding of the short stories read in class.

       4.  Turn in Voc. 15 and “The Cold Equations” guided notes no later than Friday, Jan. 15

             by 3:00 PM.   Both assignments will be submitted on Curve.
