Welcome to the website for Mr. Rogers’ classes. This site contains information about classes, activities and performances. I’m excited about this year and I believe we can do great things together. It is my belief that theatre should be a fun, collaborative and rewarding experience.

Kevin Rogers is currently in this tenth year at Bartlett High School serving as the head Forensics coach and the Technical Director for the Panther Playhouse, which in 2019, was awarded Outstanding Overall Production for Pippin. He graduated from Harding University BA in Theatre and Oral Communication. He serves as the District I Representative for the Tennessee High School Speech and Drama League.  In 2016, he was named a WREG News Channel 3 and Tennessee Education Lottery Educator of the Week. He was also the recipient of the 2017-2018 THSSDL Krider Award for Outstanding Speech and Drama Educator of the Year.

He is also a local theatre artist having been the lighting designer for productions at Germantown Community Theatre, the Harrell Theatre, and Desoto Family Theatre where he was nominated for an Allie Award for Outstanding Lighting Design for The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.

If I can help in any way or if you have any questions, please feel free to e-mail me.

This year, school email use will be mandatory for students- This year, more than ever before, email will be an essential part of our students' daily routine. Students must check school email each day and respond to emails when appropriate. If any student needs to reset their school email (username and/or password) there is a link in the BCS App Store.

This year, use of Curve will be mandatory- This year, all students in all grades will use the BCS learning management system called "Curve." To access Curve, students will log into the learning management system called "Clever," then click the icon for "Thrivist," and will automatically be logged in. Students should see each of their classes listed in Curve.
