hey guys I know you're saying that little cartoon assignment couldn't be more confused so what I did was I made this video for you guys to make a is your daughter Stan today you guys took notes on how to write clue cartoons on it there were five during persuasive techniques listed play the Industrial Age political cartoon that's due on Friday on one side of that sheet of paper I gave you today you're going to draw the political cartoon and then on the back you're going to list three of those persuasive techniques as well as how you use them is the Industrial Age so you could use Mary Harris Jones John D Rockefeller the fart that is covered in the Industrial Age or even if we haven't talked about yes long as it's part of the Industrial Age you're good so this example is from a student I had last year they didn't on World War II and they did it with Hitler being hit in the face with a Captain America shield so in this cartoon we see the Captain America shield we see Hitler we see that swastika on his armband and we see on his chest there's actually a name tag that says a. Hitler  on the back with this student dead they listed those three processes techniques for sale Princeton symbolism for symbolism they that Captain America shield represents the United States of America he gets points for exaggeration he said that the situation was exaggerated he wasn't exaggerating yes certain physical characteristic he didn't get credit for that one because he didn't the right way be labeled a Hitler so he has a name tag label  so the student got 17 points at a 20 was it a perfect score but you got C we scored those points on the front that cartoon on the back turn it on this post I'll get to my soon as I can good luck guys and I'm looking forward to seeing those on Friday
