Geometry (Period 1,3,4,5,6)

Welcome to Ms. Shepherd’s Geometry class.  I am excited about this year!

All students will need to bring their charged laptop, pencil/pen, consumable book, their composition notebook (preferably grid-able) & all other supplies every day to class.  

Students will also need to load the canvas app and the genius scan app to their phones.   I send out announcements occasionally on canvas so make sure your notifications are turned on.  Paper assignments will be turned in on canvas.

All notes and examples will be in the online textbook.  The consumables will be used for their in class notes.  You be using your composition notebooks for vocabulary, theorems, etc.  The composition notebook will be taken up on test days for a quiz grade.

Phones will be silenced upon entering class.  Phones and earbuds are expected to be in your backpack.

Test corrections will be done for failing tests.  They will receive a maximum of 60 for this.

Supplies needed; composition notebook, pens/pencils, compass, straightedge, folder with pockets

Optional supplies: TI graphing calculator, colored pencils, highlighters
