Senior Cap and Gown Info (Sent Home 1-13-16)
Balfour has requested that all Seniors complete a cap and gown order form. Please complete the following categories ONLY on the order form:
First name, middle name, and last name
Male or female
Weight (do not add or decrease actual weight. The gown are sized by exact weight)
Chest size
Height (If you measure ½ inch taller than the height on the order form, please go to the next height. Example: If your measurements are 5’ 1-½”, then you need to circle 5’ 2”).
The cap and gown order forms should be completed in class and returned to your English teacher. Each English teacher will return all cap and gown order forms to Mrs. Isaac on Thursday, January 14, 2016.
The Balfour representatives will be at Bartlett High School to collect cap and gown fees on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 in the Cafeteria during all lunches, and again on Thursday, February 11, 2016 in the Main Lobby during Parent-Teacher Conferences from 3-6pm.
The cap and gown fee is $90.00, payable by cash, check, or money order (ALL checks need to be made out to Balfour).
