Important information for 8/17
Parents and Students,
Bartlett High School and Academy are sending out this email to let you know about several pieces for the beginning of school on Monday, August 17, 2020. We have waited to send this out as we wanted to make sure all aspects of the Virtual and Hybrid Learning Plans are in place and comply with District and State protocols.
Students will be able to view their schedule in PowerSchool and CLEVER beginning the morning of Sunday, August 16, 2020. After checking their schedules, students should then go to the school’s website and connect to their teachers’ websites. Teachers have developed and published the directions for students to follow to submit daily attendance, log in to zoom meetings, and complete assignments.
On Monday, if you could not view your schedule on Sunday, please go to the Auditorium at the High School or the Cafeteria at the Academy.
Hybrid A Students (last names A-K) will come to campus on Monday and report to their 1st period class.
Hybrid B (last names L-Z) and Virtual Students will log in to their classes via the instructions provided on teacher webpages beginning at 7:00 AM. Each student is required to respond to the attendance question for each period. This must be completed by 1:20 pm.

Some BHS Seniors have also developed a short video for parents and students about virtual learning. It will be housed on the BHS/Academy websites for viewing.
