Monday, Aug. 28 –  Students will be given Progress Reports.  They are to be taken home  

              and have parents sign and return by Friday, Sept. 1, for a 10 point Bonus Coupon.

                        Complete Voc. 4-1. 

                       Complete pre-reading activity for “The Lamb to the Slaughter” – Turn in

 

Tuesday, Aug. 29 -  Complete Voc. 4-2.

  Students may make vocabulary flashcards for extra credit on this week’s  

         vocabulary quiz.  Vocabulary flashcards are due Thursday, Sept. 8.

Begin reading and annotating “The Lamb to the Slaughter”

 

Wednesday, Aug. 30 – Complete Voc. 4-3 and 4-4

                                    Finish reading “The Lamb to the Slaughter” and complete the Plot                                                      

                                                       Diagram.  Turn in when finished.

                                    BRING FULLY CHARGED COMPUTERS TO CLASS TOMORROW.

 

Thursday, Aug. 31  -  Bring fully charged computer to class.  Mrs. McCloskey, our IT Coach,

                                              will go over MicroSoft Word, OneDrive, and Laptop basics.

 

Friday, Sept. 1 – Voc. 4 Quiz

                                 Students will watch the Alfred Hitchcock version of “The Lamb to the                                          

                                    Slaughter” and compare it to the Roald Dahl version  that we read in class.
